Hallowen Bingo-DT Card For The Corrosive Challenge Blog

Hello darlings!
Today I'm sharing the card I made for the new challenge at The Corrosive Challenge Blog.
Our theme this fortnight is Halloween Bingo!
Use any three in a row (vertical, horizontal, or diagonal) on your creation!
How fun is that!
Our sponsor is  Ppinkydolls.

I've chosen to work with this fabulous image called, "Maybe..."
My bingo is Bat, FREE, Moon
The paper is from a Bo Bunny 6x6 pack, Fright Delight.
The moon filled with bats is paper from a Martha Stewart paper pack.
The sentiment,
A friend is a gift you give yourself"
 is a KaiserCraft Rubons.
The ribbons I used are from Celebrate It-Halloween(Michaels')
As always a generous sprinkling of Recollections Bling.
I covered this little batty girl's hat with Black Diamond Stickles and then placed two micro clay hearts, from my stash onto the bat hat.
She is stylin'
There's a little gloss on her eyes and I added tiny 3D purple acrylic dots to the kitty's eyes.
I painted the background scene with my Sennelier Water Colors.
I never know how it's going to start out when I begin, but every time I use them I'm delightfully surprised.
I'm so happy that I finally found a new white Sharpie water based fine tip marker!
The two I had were all used up a couple months ago and all I could find when I was out and about shopping was an oil based Sharpie.
Whenever I'm looking for something very specific I love to shop online at
If Rhea doesn't have it she will get it for you. She's hunted down many a discontinued paper packs for me. I should have checked with her first!

Thanks for the love!

Just keeping it simple today.

Skeletons In Your Closet-DT Card for The Corrosive Challenge Blog

Hello darlings!
Today I'm sharing the card I made for the new challenge at the Corrosive Challenge Blog.
Our theme this fortnight is To "Die" For
Use one or more die cuts on your project.
Our sponsor is Oddball Art Stamps.
For this challenge I'm working with Dancing Girl Hunni.
Such a fun image, and it comes with three different sentiments! Awesome!
I've chosen to use these cheeky words of wisdom.
"If you can't get rid of the skeleton in your closet you best teach it to dance!"
Papers are from a Prima Art Journal pad, and I used my favorite glitter cardstock, Fruit Punch.
The amazing Alice's Clock corner die is from SCACD .
The circle die cuts are from Spellbinders.
I attached some ruffled tulle and some clear glass bead paste for a little more texture.
Not all the paste was dry when I took the pictures, thus some white splotches, which will all dry clear and look fabulous!
That's it for me, I'm getting ready for a lovely weekend at the lake.
It's pouring rain right now but I'm hoping it will start to clear up soon.
I'm packing an umbrella just in case.
If you have die cuts on your creation be sure to link up and play along with us at TCCB, and check out our new DT members!
Thanks for the love!

Symphoni Mermaid-DT Card for The Corrosive Challenge Blog

Hello darlings!
Today I'm sharing the card I made for the new challenge at
 The Corrosive Challenge Blog.
Our theme this fortnight is,
Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic!
Just add something magical to play along.

Our fabulous sponsor is Nikki Burnette.

I chose to color this beautiful mermaid digi called
Symphoni
FYI Mermaids are the new fairy!
I love all of Nikki's fantasy art and I can't wait to color up many more of the Spellbinder images!

I was out and about on, National Scrapbooking Day and picked up a few goodies including the new TH Sand and Sea die cuts in both the big,
and mini sizes.
They were perfect for accenting this beautiful mermaid image!
The paper is from a Prima 6x6 pad, "Seashore"
The words on the bottom of the paper are,
Watch the waves.
Bask in the sun.
Enjoy.
Breath the ocean air.
Smile.
Dig your toes into the sand.
Relax.
I used a little diamond glaze on a few of the words.
And, I used just a little bit of Shabby blue-Fran-tage around the image.
Sorry, this blog post is a couple of days late! I'm keeping it sweet and short because  there are just not enough hours in the day anymore since we got a new puppy!
 Another little Yorkie mix!
We let another one of our grandchildren name him, and she suggested we call him, Jasper.
(I wanted to call him, Ferdinand but that was not favored by anyone)

So Jasper he is!
So precious!

He and Isabella are keeping me hopping!

Here's one more pic! Me and my bestie on National Scrapbooking Day.
Yes there was plenty of celebrating going on, and we had fun supporting the industry that we love!

Be sure to link up with us at TCCB and you could be the random winner of 3 digis of your choice.
Have fun trying to decide on just three!

B-U nique! Hugs!
