Boo and Snooky-DT Card for The Corrosive Challenge Blog

I hope everyone had their fill of love and chocolates last week!
We celebrated Valentine's Day by ordering in Chinese from our favorite restaurant.
I plan on buying some half price chocolates tomorrow.
It's just safer for everyone if there's chocolate in the house...know what I mean?
I've been busy making Valentine cards for the kids and grandkids  and didn't make a Valentine for my husband this year.
I was thinking of giving him the same one I gave him last year, but I already gave him that one two years in a row! He didn't notice last year so of course I had to  make a big deal about it and now he's on to me!

Today I'm sharing the card I made for challenge #193 at The Corrosive Challenge Blog.
"In Stitches"

I love these whimsical digis and today my card features
I decided on a monochromatic color scheme because I just couldn't decide what colors to use.
For this image I used all of my warm grey Copics.
The paper is from  TH paper pack, and the sentiment is from Kraftin Kimmie Birthday Trinkets.
I was so delighted with how my card turned out that I proudly showed it to my husband who's comment was,"Nice, what's it for?
I said. " A chellenge!" (in a you should know that voice)
He replies, "yes I know but what is the theme?"
I think for a second and shake my head!" I can't believe it!" I said,"It's in stitches! And I just realized I didn't add any stitches!!!"
I had left almost no room on the card to add any stitching so I added as much faux stitching as I possibly could by piercing holes close to the edge and added  black ink for thread.
Wow, it looks just like the stitching I would have done if I had used my machine! A total train wreck! Just the way I wanted it to look!
If you love these faeries be sure to link up with us at TCCB and you could win 3 images!
Thanks for stopping by! Hugs!

I'd like to enter this card into the following challenges:
